Requirements
Must:

- Experience contributing to test strategy and planning
- Ability to assess system risk and communicate quality status clearly
- Experience working in client-facing or multi-supplier environments
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Professional, accountable, and delivery-focused mindset
- ISTQB certification (Foundation minimum; Advanced level desirable) or equivalent recognised testing qualification
- Strong analytical and risk-based testing capability
- Confidence in stakeholder engagement and quality reporting
- Proactive, accountable, and delivery-focused
- Act as a role model for professionalism and quality standards
- Familiarity with testing tools such as SoapUI, Postman, Selenium, and others
Responsibilities
- Lead system and integration testing across complex projects or workstreams
- Develop and contribute to test strategies and detailed test plans
- Design, review, and assure high-quality test cases and scripts
- Manage defect triage, prioritisation, and resolution processes
- Provide clear reporting on system quality, risks, and readiness
- Support risk identification and mitigation related to system assurance
- Mentor and guide junior test analysts
- Engage confidently with client stakeholders and delivery partners
- Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methods and practices
