Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in software QA across both manual and automated testing.
- Experience testing consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
- Good understanding of testing methodologies including regression, integration, and UAT.
- Confident working cross-functionally and helping shape QA processes within a growing team.
- 1 year experience in manual and automated testing (required).
- 1 year experience testing consumer-facing web and mobile applications (required).
- 1 year experience in regression, integration and UAT (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of software quality across web and mobile products.
- Carry out manual testing across web and mobile products, investigating and documenting defects.
- Introduce and maintain test automation where it adds clear value to quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to improve testing standards, acceptance criteria, and release confidence.
- Help define QA standards and improve testing processes.
- Support the team in embedding a more structured and scalable approach to quality.
Description
We are a growing consumer-facing product business based in Banbury, seeking to make our first dedicated QA hire within the technology team. With an established in-house development and design function, we are focused on bringing greater structure, ownership, and consistency to software quality. This full-time role will be based on-site in Banbury and offers a salary range of £50,000.00 to £60,000.00 per year, along with benefits like on-site parking.
