Requirements
Must:
- Completed a Level 3 Software Development Apprenticeship with QA or equivalent qualification
- A-level in a STEM subject or BTEC Diploma in IT with successful completion of aptitude test
- 2 years experience in a relevant role with successful completion of aptitude test
- Passion for technology, software/data integration, and problem-solving
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of programming or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, Python, JSON)
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel and interest in integration tools
- Exposure to Azure Integrated Services
- Basic understanding of relational and noSQL databases
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations using Azure Integration Services and Talend/Qlik tools
- Assist with data flows, mappings, and API lifecycle support
- Support event-driven integration and ETL/ELT pipelines
- Contribute to DevOps, testing, observability
- Document technical processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support integration testing using JavaScript, SQL, and other scripting tools
- Maintain and query relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance
- Use Excel for data manipulation, mapping, and problem-solving
- Use workflows to support file transfer and integration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
