Responsibilities
- Support customer issues such as backups, email support, and password resets
- Visit customer sites to assist with installations and break-fix troubleshooting
- Work from our workshop to build PCs/servers and fix them when required
- Engage in problem-solving
- Conduct network troubleshooting
- Facilitate network segmentation
- Provide top-class customer service and support
Description

We are looking for a passionate Network Engineer Apprentice to join our supportive IT team in a helpdesk role. As an apprentice, you will receive excellent mentoring from industry professionals, gaining valuable skills and a nationally recognized qualification at SCQF Level 8. Our benefits include a competitive salary of £16,500 per annum, 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, and training bonuses. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
