Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries, providing 1st line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications, ensuring users receive timely and professional assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access issues, escalating complex problems to specialist teams when needed and collaborating for resolution
- Become a superuser across key business systems including Windows environments and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams), supporting colleagues in effective tool usage
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup, account creation, permissions, and system access
- Assist with routine system tasks such as user account management, updates, patching, and system health checks (Linux knowledge advantageous)
- Deploy and configure hardware and software for internal users, ensuring devices are secure, compliant, and ready to use
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support lifecycle management, collaborating with wider IT teams to continuously improve processes and user experience.
