Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line IT support for technical issues involving Microsofts core business applications and operating systems
- Perform installation tasks including PCs, printers, switches, and software deployments
- Respond to and triage incoming calls and emails
- Maintain clear documentation in the helpdesk system of all tasks carried out
- Communicate with users, keeping them informed of ticket progress and notifying them of any changes or outages
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure effective communication
- Escalate helpdesk cases that require engineer-level support
- Understand and adhere to service processes
