Requirements
Must:
- An ingrained passion for IT and systems
- An enjoyment of problem solving with an ability to apply a logical approach to troubleshooting
- An instinctive attention to detail
- The capacity to communicate clearly and confidently with people at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- A natural time management discipline, especially on scheduling and prioritising tasks
- A passion for continual development and self-improvement
- A full clean driving license would be advantageous
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for predominantly Windows-based desktop PCs and laptops
- Manage and monitor client devices, networks, and infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, corporate Wi-Fi solutions, and cabling
- Deliver remote support from our Pangbourne office, with opportunities for on-site installation and maintenance
- Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional service experiences for clients
- Foster long-term relationships with valued clients
- Participate in full training and strive for independent work capabilities
- Engage with various facets of a running business to gain practical experience
