Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience of Microsoft D365 experience as a Solution Architect and senior/lead consultant
- Experience of Microsoft architecture design for custom Microsoft solutions
- Strong exposure to finance, supply chain and manufacturing and warehouse management processes implementation
- Experience in architecting Microsoft integrations with third-party systems
- Ability to develop innovative solutions for a range of industries
- Experience in leading business process design and discovery sessions
- Evaluate software purchases against SOW and provide GAP solutions
- Develop customised functional design documentation
- Familiarity with third-party vendors to enhance overall solutions
- Experience in demoing Microsoft D365 modules as proof of concept
- Experience in presales and assisting sales teams with scoping and SOW presentations
- Experience working directly with project managers to manage scope and initiate change management procedures
- Industry experience: at least 10 projects within manufacturing, industrial services, engineering, construction, business services, retail, and hospitality verticals
- Good process knowledge of Microsoft solutions across key areas including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and warehouse management
Responsibilities
- Be involved in 2-5 Microsoft implementation or optimisation projects simultaneously across industry verticals and business process areas as an SME
- Be overall responsible for Microsoft D365 implementation from a technical, functional, and/or organisational change management standpoint
- Participate in business process mapping, including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, and the development of system tests, procedures, and documentation
- Analyse business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide recommendations
- Deliver Microsoft-related work to a varied portfolio of organisations across different targeted industries in the UK
- Create and lead new ideas and concepts through to fruition
- Build and maintain deep and long-lasting relationships with client personnel
- Lead business development activity, including writing client proposals and preparing and delivering client pitches with support from the team
- Develop the careers of team members working with and reporting to you
- Raise the profile of the team externally by expanding the network, including with external bodies
