Requirements
Must:
- Strong .NET / ASP.NET / C# skills
- Proficiency in React
- SQL Server performance tuning
- Experience with Azure (Functions, Service Bus, cloud ops)
- Legacy modernization exposure
- Incident command & production troubleshooting
- Understanding of DevOps / CI-CD
- 10-12 years of engineering experience
- 5 years in production support or L3 ownership
- Experience supporting customer-facing enterprise systems
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end L3 technical delivery across all products
- Act as final escalation point for P1 / P2 incidents
- Lead root cause analysis and permanent fixes
- Review and approve complex code changes and hotfixes
- Oversee releases and provide technical go / no-go decisions
- Guide migration-related fixes and parity gap remediation
- Drive knowledge transfer and reduce key-person dependencies
- Mentor offshore engineers and ensure engineering standards
- Identify technical debt and automation opportunities
Description
We are looking for a Support Lead / L3 Lead Engineer to join our team in London, UK. This hybrid role allows you to work in the office 2-3 days a week. You will provide technical ownership and leadership across our TimeGate, TimeGate Plus, and Templa platforms, ensuring stable production support and architectural continuity.
