Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- At least 3 years experience working with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the SPM module, and with good familiarity with ITSM and the general ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services
- Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform primarily within the SPM module
- Configure and customize the out-of-the-box system to meet business needs
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to various teams and individuals
- Work closely with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect to design and implement requirements
- Create and maintain integrations with other systems
- Maintain Service Catalog Items
- Configure the Strategic Planning and Project Management workspaces
- Develop scripts and workflows to enhance automation and efficiency
- Assist requesters in refining business requirement details
- Gain knowledge of our overall ServiceNow implementation to identify cross-platform impacts
- Design, develop, and implement SPM solutions including workflows, catalog items, and integrations
- Work within the Agile methodology to develop, build, and test alongside other developers
- Collaborate with implementation partners or internal project teams to implement new modules
- Assist with regular ServiceNow version upgrades to ensure compliance and support
