Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a broad IT support role; engineering or construction sector experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with mobile device management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Knox).
- Familiarity with construction industry applications or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware, software, and network layers.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1st to 3rd line support for end users across multiple sites and remote locations.
- Manage and support Windows 11 endpoints.
- Manage and support Android and iOS mobile devices.
- Provide application support for industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, project management tools).
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document processes, configurations, and resolutions in the IT knowledge base.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and hardware provisioning.
Description
We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT Systems Analyst on a contract basis to join our team. This fully on-site role is ideal for a hands-on and adaptable individual who can work independently across a broad range of technologies. Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a commitment to supporting our users effectively. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle may be required for site visits. Occasionally, out-of-hours support may be necessary. Additionally, applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, and only candidates with UK residency and full visa status will be considered.
