Requirements
Must:
We are looking for individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. You should have proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting technical information, along with experience using system analysis tools and software (such as SQL, Excel, or specialized analytics platforms). Excellent organizational skills are essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously, and effective communication skills are needed to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, or software development is desirable, and we prefer candidates with a recognized qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will analyze existing technical systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. You will develop detailed reports on system performance, issues, and potential enhancements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement technical solutions and upgrades, and monitor system performance after implementation to ensure optimal functionality. Additionally, you will assist in the design and testing of new software or hardware solutions, provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users, and comprehensively document procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies relevant to our organizational needs will also be part of your responsibilities.
Description
This full-time position offers a salary ranging from £39,874.00 to £42,033.00 per year.
