Requirements
Must:
- 5 to 10 years commercial experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Experience supporting data models and reporting solutions such as Power BI
- Working knowledge of C# and HTML5 to support integrations and troubleshooting
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 environments
- Confident engaging non-technical stakeholders and challenging requirements constructively
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power Apps led solutions
- Support and enhance Power BI reporting platforms
- Contribute to digital reporting strategy and data architecture
- Manage development backlogs and solution roadmaps
- Support application lifecycle management including releases and environment promotion
- Drive governance, standards, and best practices across Power Platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Description

As part of our ongoing evolution, we are seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer to play a key role in shaping and enhancing our Microsoft Power Platform environment. This position will provide the opportunity to influence the direction of our growing Power Platform capability within a business that values practical, user-centered solutions and continuous improvement. This is a permanent position based in Ipswich, shifting to a hybrid model after six months.
