Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of backend experience with Node.js / TypeScript
- 5+ years of frontend experience with React
- Experience with Next.js, Storybook, and Tailwind CSS
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and API development
- Solid AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (CloudFormation/Terraform/CDK), and Docker/serverless is highly desirable
- Experience in agile teams with the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
- Previous mentoring or leadership responsibilities are welcomed
Responsibilities
- Take ownership across the stack, from backend services and APIs to modern front-end applications, ensuring systems are performant, secure, and scalable
- Engage in full-stack development using Node.js, TypeScript, and React
- Build and maintain APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and integrations with third-party systems
- Develop React components with server-side rendering (Next.js) and Storybook
- Architect solutions covering databases, cloud infrastructure, and user-facing applications
- Optimize for speed, scalability, security, and reliability
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and lead on architectural decisions
- Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and uphold coding standards
- Strongly preferred: Manage CI/CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure, serverless architectures, monitoring, and observability
