Requirements
Must:
- I require proven experience providing 1st and 2nd line technical support.
- I expect strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and network systems.
- Familiarity with Azure AD and Intune is a plus.
- You should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with a calm, proactive approach.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to document processes clearly is essential.
- I need someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- I will need you to deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support to staff and students, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- You will monitor, prioritize, and resolve support requests efficiently, escalating complex incidents where necessary.
- Maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure including Windows, Office 365, and core network services (AD, DHCP, DNS) will be your responsibility.
- I expect you to manage and track IT assets, licenses, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supporting cloud and on-premises platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint will also be part of your role.
- You will assist with projects, upgrades, and system improvements, contributing to a secure and stable IT environment.
- I need you to champion cybersecurity awareness within the organization.
- Collaborating with central IT teams to resolve infrastructure or system-wide issues promptly will be crucial.
