Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience providing IT support within a business environment
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and/or other visualization tools
- Experience collaborating with external IT providers
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, troubleshooting, and hardware/software support
- Analytical mindset with proven experience using Power BI (desirable)
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work well across teams and levels
- Confident, positive, and eager to learn
- Able to explain technical issues in a user-friendly way
- Familiarity with IT support tools such as ticketing systems and remote support platforms
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues
- Liaise with external IT support partners, helping to streamline processes and reduce external reliance over time
- Collect, prepare, and analyse data to support leadership decision-making
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Support ongoing improvements to systems, processes, and data workflows
- Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and data sources
- Assist in onboarding and supporting staff with IT tools and systems
