Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ideally Field Service)
- Good knowledge of CRM configuration, workflows, and integrations
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
- Desirable: C# development including plugins and Dynamics SDK
- Desirable: Experience with Azure Functions and Service Bus
- Desirable: Experience building custom extensions within Dynamics 365
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Dynamics 365
- Customize CRM and Field Service to support various operational processes
- Build workflows, plugins, integrations, and automations
- Improve usability, speed, and system behavior
- Assist in the ongoing migration of processes from legacy systems into CRM
- Act as the trusted CRM specialist
- Collaborate directly with internal teams including engineering, sales, and operations
- Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions
- Advise the business on efficient use of CRM system functionality
- Support an actively used Field Service operation that aids over 130 engineers

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer for a hybrid role based in Essex, where you will enjoy significant ownership of our established CRM and Field Service environment.
