Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support role
- Strong Microsoft 365 and general IT skills
- Exposure to ERP systems, ideally Dynamics AX
- Manufacturing environment experience is an advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Microsoft 365 and critical business applications
- Assist with ERP systems – Dynamics AX experience is a plus
- Contribute to IT projects and improvements
- Maintain accurate IT documentation
