Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ideally Field Service)
- Good knowledge of CRM configuration, workflows and integrations
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI)
- C# development including plugins and Dynamics SDK (desirable)
- Azure Functions and Service Bus (desirable)
- Experience building custom extensions within Dynamics 365 (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Customising CRM and Field Service to support a wide range of operational processes
- Building workflows, plugins, integrations and automations
- Improving usability, speed and system behaviour
- Working on ongoing migration of processes from legacy systems into CRM
- Working directly with internal teams including engineering, sales and operations
- Translating business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions
- Advising the business on efficient use of CRM system functionality
- Supporting an actively used Field Service operation involving more than 130 engineers
Description
We are a forward-thinking organization that has relied on Dynamics 365 for over a decade. This position offers a salary range of £35,000 to £45,000, along with the opportunity for hybrid work—three days on-site in Essex. You will be part of a collaborative IT team where your technical expertise will shape our critical systems, while contributing to our objective of delivering excellent service and operational efficiency.
