Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical knowledge with a background in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience in a technical field
- Experience in software development, engineering, testing, or another technical field
- Proven experience delivering and maintaining technically complex products or services
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Familiarity with different development practices and experience in recommending options
- Proven experience in prioritization, scope management, and stakeholder management
- Successful track record of delivering digital services to users in fast-paced, complex environments
- Experience delivering products or services using agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Deliver the product vision, scope, and roadmap for infrastructure and common component services
- Lead the need for technical service maintenance and infrastructure upgrades
- Support key stakeholders in planning and developing services
- Meet user and business needs in collaboration with the Senior Technical Product Manager
- Work with Delivery Managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and alignment with release plans
- Collaborate across the Product Management team to achieve delivery and service goals
- Advise on future technologies and serve as a bridge between engineering and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify, evaluate, and report technical risks and dependencies during delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of digital services
