Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in ERP procurement configuration and implementation (Oracle preferred)
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and deployment strategies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
- Experience developing communications and ERP end-user training
- Active SC Clearance
- Public sector experience (desirable)
- MCIPS (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Oracle ERP procurement modules in alignment with business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and deliver system requirements
- Develop procurement workflows, approval processes, and reporting mechanisms
- Create and execute testing plans to ensure system functionality and performance
- Support stakeholder training and change management activities
- Document configurations, workflows, and user guides for ongoing support
- Liaise with Oracle implementation partners to resolve system issues
- Coordinate with other ERP module experts to ensure seamless integration
