Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience as a business analyst in fast-paced working environments, ideally in central government
- Experience across requirements management
- Stakeholder engagement at all levels across the business
- Proficiency in Jira
- Strong self-starter with a proactive approach to all duties
- Willingness and eligibility to undergo security clearance checks
Responsibilities
- Work to an agreed minimum viable product (MVP), print and scope
- Identify and implement opportunities to analyze and optimize current services and processes
- Use a wide range of techniques to model situations confidently and gain agreement from SMEs and stakeholders
- Report on system quality and collect metrics on test cases
- Apply a digital understanding to the work and identify and implement solutions
- Work innovatively and use the most appropriate tools and methods
- Identify issues and risks, and analyze and report test activities and results
