Transformation Lead

- Working alongside our Transformation Manager and Account Directors to plan client transformations effectively and pilot projects from conception to completion. - Plotting timelines and tracking budgets to ensure critical milestones are met and are within budget. - Liaising with all functions and pillars internally to gather the appropriate contributors at the appropriate stages. - Monitoring progress of transformation planning documents and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. - Identifying and mitigating risks and issues. - Evaluating processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing change across all areas to enhance the client experience at every step. - Offering solutions for bringing efficiencies to the client process and taking actions where appropriate to contribute towards resolutions. - Liaising with key stakeholders to establish and implement best practices across the business. - Consciously driving initiatives to reduce costs and minimize waste, enhancing quality. - Locking down key targets amongst all contributors and aligning on what success looks like. - Reporting on timings and KPIs throughout the transformation process to ensure success remains on track across the business. - Being part of the training team to deliver best-in-class ways of working during onboarding/transition sessions, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to new hires. - Addressing quality issues and implementing corrective actions. - Contributing to NCRs and investigations where needed.
