Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SENDCo and SEND team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date SEND records, documentation and student files
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including Annual Reviews and multi-agency appointments
- Support the creation and distribution of student passports, provision maps and reports
- Liaise professionally with parents, staff, external agencies and local authority teams
- Assist with data entry, tracking and reporting of SEND information
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and school policies

We are a thriving secondary school located in Brentwood, Essex, seeking a highly organised, proactive, and compassionate SEND Administrator to join our SEND department. This is a key role supporting our SENDCo and the wider team to ensure the best possible outcomes for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
