Requirements
Must:
- I require proven experience as an AV Programmer across commercial and/or residential projects.
- Proficiency in programming Crestron (SIMPL/SIMPL, VTPro-e), AMX (Netlinx), Extron, and Savant systems is essential.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to commission systems independently are important.
- A full set of tools and laptop/software licenses are preferred.
- I value excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- ECS/CSCS certification is preferred.
- Availability for an immediate or short-notice start is necessary.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to program and commission AV control systems, including Crestron, Savant, AMX, and Extron.
- Customizing user interfaces for touch panels, keypads, and mobile devices will be part of your role.
- You will be responsible for integrating AV systems with third-party devices such as lighting control, HVAC, and video conferencing.
- Testing and troubleshooting software and hardware configurations on-site will be required.
- Working from technical drawings and system schematics is necessary.
- You will liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure a smooth handover.

This is an exciting opportunity with an established AV integration company. I offer flexible freelance work on a range of high-end commercial and residential projects. The pay ranges from £260.00 to £310.00 per day, depending on your experience.
