Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives in collaboration with the Group Head of IT
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrading, and security of IT systems and networks
- Lead IT Infrastructure, ensuring efficient operations and professional growth
- Manage IT budgets, including cost-effective procurement of hardware and software
- Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Support various departments by implementing technology solutions that improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend system improvements
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT support and services
