Responsibilities
- Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and insight synthesis
- Translate user research findings into clear UX recommendations
- Design mobile-first user experiences and interfaces
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
- Design and maintain reusable UI components
- Contribute to and work within existing design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and user-centred
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability findings
