- Azure AD Policy management
- Microsoft Exchange management
- IIS knowledge
- RDS familiarity
- SharePoint experience
- Networking technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
- RAID understanding
- Router/Firewall technologies & security expertise
- Beneficial experience with Backup technologies (VEEAM, Acronis)
- SQL knowledge
- Citrix familiarity
- Experience with VMs and VPS
Responsibilities
- Provide multilevel support for a wide range of business customers
- Ensure high-quality service levels in customer interactions
- Implement infrastructure improvements
- Commission new equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs
Description
We are a technology solutions provider based in Sidmouth, Devon, dedicated to delivering reliable and friendly services to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the Southwest. Our team prides itself on the quality of support we provide. We are currently looking for a Systems Administrator / Support Engineer to join our small, friendly team in our Sidmouth offices. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, and hybrid or remote working is not available.
