AI Engineer

- I will own our AI models end-to-end, handling dataset strategy, training/fine-tuning, evaluation, optimization, and deployment to real hardware in the field. - I will design, train, and fine-tune text/audio/vision models (e.g., DistilRoBERTa, wav2vec2, YOLO) for threat and aggression detection. - I will build reproducible training pipelines using tools like HF/PyTorch/SpeechBrain, including PEFT/LoRA, adapters, and transfer learning. - I will optimize models for real-time performance through techniques such as quantization, pruning, ONNX/TensorRT, mixed precision, batching, and caching. - I will ship models to edge and cloud environments with CI/CD, versioning, and rollback procedures, while monitoring latency and accuracy SLAs. - I will create data pipelines for collection, labeling, augmentation/synthesis, and dataset versioning using DVC. - I will collaborate with backend/infra teams on streaming technologies (RTMP/TCP), Pub/Sub systems, autoscaling, and observability.
