- MS Dynamics Technical Developer / Designer – essential
- Experience supporting requirements and test phases – preferred
- MS Dynamics add-ons such as Click Dimensions – nice to have
- Business analysis experience – nice to have

- Review the current CRM solution and recommend any immediate technical changes.
- Support requirements gathering and solution design.
- Deliver technical changes and support testing.
- Provide guidance and awareness to the support team.
Description
We are seeking an MS Dynamics Specialist to support our CRM programme based in Thurrock, Essex. This role requires 2–3 days on-site attendance and is designed for a duration of 3 months, with a possibility of extension. We value candidates who have a BPSS clearance (applied for acceptable) and ideally an SC clearance. You will collaborate closely with our business teams, solution designers, and support team to assess and improve our current CRM solution.
