Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure hosting and cloud technologies
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, Azure essential and AWS desirable
- Experience delivering cloud migrations or IT transformation programmes
- Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles
- Confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and/or Cyber Essentials Plus
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable hosting solutions on Azure (ideally with some AWS exposure)
- Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and site assessments
- Produce cloud architecture roadmaps and reference frameworks
- Embed InfoSec, SecOps, and data privacy principles into all designs
- Oversee solution delivery and work closely with engineers
- Produce clear technical documentation and reusable assets to support MVPs and POCs
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and internal security policies
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies across cloud, AI/ML, and information security

We are a forward-thinking company looking for a Cloud Hosting Architect to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of enterprise cloud and on-site hosting platforms. Located in Newbury, we offer a salary of up to £70,000 (negotiable) along with exceptional benefits.
