Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have experience supporting small and medium-sized businesses. Specifically, you should be familiar with Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025) and have knowledge of Hyper-V and virtualized platforms. Proficiency in Office 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and more, is essential. A solid understanding of networking (LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi) is also required. Knowledge of Windows 11, computer hardware, general software support (including antivirus and backup tools), and VoIP systems will be beneficial.

Responsibilities
In this hands-on, field-based position, you will report to the project manager and actively engage in a variety of tasks. Your key responsibilities will include delivering responsive IT support and leading onsite implementations and migrations. You will also support fellow engineers and contribute to process improvements. Furthermore, you will configure and maintain Windows Server environments, support and implement M365 services, troubleshoot networking issues, and provide assistance with hardware, software, and VoIP systems.
