Must:
We are looking for a Technical Solution Architect with strong customer engagement and interaction skills. You should possess the ability to generate high-quality documentation and have excellent knowledge of network designs, including IP-VPN, Cloud connectivity, and Mobile Connectivity Solutions. Additionally, you should have expertise in LAN and Wi-Fi, as well as a firm understanding of TCP/IP and routing. Proficiency in general networking, WAN, MERAKI, WAN to LAN integration, QoS, and access and security controls is essential.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Solution Architect, I will manage, support, and serve as the technical authority for customer MPN delivery. I will lead and participate in the implementation of MPN and troubleshoot network connectivity during testing across various environments. Collaborating with relevant internal and external parties will be a key part of my role, and I will travel to customer sites for meetings as necessary. Additionally, I will produce appropriate migration documentation to ensure smooth transitions.
Description
This role is a 3-month engagement to start, based in the Suffolk/London area with a hybrid schedule that includes working on-site in Suffolk up to 2 days a week and in London up to 1 day a week. The position requires SC clearance.
