We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with current C# and .NET skills. Your commercial C# expertise and ongoing interest in developing these skills will be crucial for success in this role. A comprehensive understanding of the .NET stack (e.g., .NET Core and microservices) will provide a solid foundation for growth. Experience in an Agile (Scrum) working environment, along with strong problem-solving capabilities, will enable you to hit the ground running. Effective communication skills are essential, as you'll need to articulate technical and non-technical concepts to clarify requirements and business needs. Additionally, this role will allow you to enhance your knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
Responsibilities
In this role, you will join a product team and work in a fast-paced environment focusing on developing and supporting our cloud-based, desktop, and web applications. Your responsibilities will include working on various projects such as Cloud Payment Gateways, APIs, JSON, and REST, as well as new cloud microservices developments. You will be supporting the design and development of both current and emerging applications while becoming a valuable member of our team. There will also be an on-call rota as part of this role.
