Must:
- 6+ years of mobile engineering experience
- Strong Kotlin expertise (Clean Architecture, MVVM, DI, Coroutines/Flow)
- Proven React Native experience beyond UI (native modules, Bridge/JSI, performance)
- Experience integrating React Native into an existing Android codebase (brownfield)
- Track record of contributing to or leading mobile platform migrations
- Ability to make architectural decisions in high-risk, live environments
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and switching between greenfield and legacy work
- Strong communication skills and experience in remote, cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Architect a new React Native application from the ground up
- Stabilize and evolve an existing Kotlin Android app used in live rail environments
- Work across both greenfield builds and complex legacy systems
- Make technical decisions that have real-world impact
