Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production with measurable business impact.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to take solutions from concept through to deployment.
- Strong focus on engineering and productionisation rather than pure research.
- Experience working within cloud environments (AWS preferred) and modern AI / GenAI tooling.
- Ability to balance rapid delivery with longer-term capability building.
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently, refining project briefs, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time.
Responsibilities
- Help shape the AI roadmap across a range of use cases and technologies.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand processes, data, and identify high-value AI opportunities.
- Design, build, and deploy AI solutions into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, data engineers, developers, testers, and InfoSec to deliver scalable services in AWS.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of AI delivery as part of a wider Data Science & AI capability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping to raise engineering standards.
