Must:

- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Checkpoint firewalls
- Familiarity with AWS networking and routing configuration
- Ability to enhance network visibility, stability, and performance
- Experience with Aviatrix for cloud network architecture
- Knowledge of Cloudflare connectivity solutions
- Excellent documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing network upgrade activities across on-prem and cloud
- Configure and troubleshoot Checkpoint firewalls
- Assist with AWS networking and routing configuration
- Enhance network visibility, stability, and performance
- Work with Aviatrix to support cloud network architecture
- Support and optimize Cloudflare connectivity (Warp client/connector)
- Provide BAU troubleshooting and escalation handling
- Ensure documentation and handover notes are clear and accurate
Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team onsite in Nottingham. This role involves supporting a combination of network upgrade projects, cloud connectivity improvements, and BAU operational support. We value proactive and self-sufficient engineers who can quickly adapt to our fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to enhancing our network infrastructure.
