Must:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing a team of offshore developers. It's essential that you have strong commercial experience with C#.NET Core, as well as proficiency with Angular 16 for frontend development. You should have a solid understanding of microservices architecture and, ideally, experience in the financial services sector or other regulated industries. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are also crucial.
Responsibilities
As a Team Lead, you will manage a small team of offshore developers working on the Business As Usual (BAU) stream, supporting live issues, and overseeing the delivery of new and legacy system BAU work. Your key responsibilities will include developing and enhancing backend systems using C#.NET Core, building and maintaining a microservices architecture, creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces with Angular 16, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability, and participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
