We are looking for a highly skilled Software Support and Integration Specialist with extensive experience in software support and integration. The ideal candidate should have proven experience with integration tools and methodologies, such as APIs, middleware, and ETL processes. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to various software applications is essential, including database management systems, CRM software, and enterprise applications. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus, along with experience in working with Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to:
1. Provide top-tier software support to our internal teams and external clients.
2. Work on system integration to ensure smooth operation of our software applications.
3. Monitor and maintain software performance and functionality.
4. Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to solve problems and enhance services.
Description
This position offers a hybrid work environment based in Crawley, with a compensation of £328 per day, inside IR35. We value proactive problem solvers with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
