Requirements
Must:
- 3 years of SAP testing experience (preferably SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori)
- Experience in developing and executing test plans, scripts, and cases
- Strong ability to track and resolve defects during testing phases
- Proficiency in collaborating with teams to map business requirements to test scenarios
- Experience in managing hypercare support incidents and tracking them to resolution
- Ability to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation
Responsibilities
As the Test and Hypercare Support Analyst/Coordinator, I will ensure the seamless execution of testing and support our hypercare phase after go-live. My key duties will include:
- Planning, executing, and reporting on test cases
- Identifying defects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ensuring the SAP system meets the highest standards of performance, functionality, and user satisfaction
- Collaborating with global and regional teams, as well as our implementation partner, to manage support during the critical post-go-live period
