Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with experience in a similar role who possesses strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. The minimum technical skills required include:
- Windows, Linux, VMware hardening and patching
- Nessus reporting
- ISO 27001/CE audits
- Email security
- Endpoint security
- SIEM management
- 365 administration/best practices
Desirable skills include:
- Hardware firewalls
- HPE/Lenovo servers and SANs
- Network design and configuration
- AWS/IBM Cloud/Azure
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- VAPT reporting and remediation
- Hardware, OS, and application hardening and patching
- Monitoring and maintaining SIEM
- Managing zero trust privilege management
- Ensuring 365 security and best practices
- Assisting with endpoint security
- Conducting ISO 27001/CE audits
Description
We are partnering with a well-respected company that is one of the biggest players in their commercial sector for this Infrastructure Security Engineer position. This position offers a hybrid working model. As an experienced infrastructure security specialist, you will play a key role in safeguarding our critical infrastructure, customer data, and network services from various cyber threats, including ransomware, DDoS attacks, and supply chain risks. The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical expert in all areas of infrastructure security, best practices, VAPT, and remediation.
