Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of three years of experience with Azure.
- You should possess strong architectural-level experience in Active Directory.
- Expertise in ADFS/Entra, Security, and Auditing is essential.
- I expect hands-on experience with DNS/DHCP, Windows Server (current & legacy versions), and Group Policies.
- Familiarity with datacenter environments and working with off-premise vendors is necessary.
- You should have knowledge of network and server technologies, including SDWAN, Firewalls & WAF technologies, Citrix technologies, MS O365 integration, and AI solution integration.
Responsibilities
- I need you to maintain the infrastructure supporting our global services (Datacentre & Cloud-based).
- You will provide and update documentation for the services rendered.
- I expect you to offer training to 1st/2nd/3rd line support teams.
- Your role will involve developing and implementing continual service improvement plans.
- You will ensure that services align with global business needs and Service Descriptions.
- I require effective communication with different levels and cultures within our organization.
- Itβs important for you to foster a service culture approach within the IT team.
