Requirements
Must:
- Three to five years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Experience with application and mobile device management systems such as Apple Business Manager or Samsung Knox
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server, knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft InTune, and SharePoint
- Basic understanding of LAN, WLAN, WAN, and WiFi networking
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment is an advantage
- Willing to work outside office hours and join an On-Call rotation
- Willing to travel within the UK as required
- Full valid UK driving license
