Requirements
Must:
- Solid track record in supporting Business and IT Applications
- Experience with CMS, Finance systems, and Point of Sales systems
- Ability to work in conjunction with 3rd Party providers to ensure smooth running of systems
- Experience in delivering key areas of internal changes such as online documents, workflows & products
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and provide solutions
- Ability to review and improve existing application support processes and keep documentation updated
- Experience in transitioning new or updated services into support, including user/admin support and escalations paths
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organization skills
Responsibilities
- Support Business and IT Applications to ensure optimal performance

Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Applications Support Engineer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis, starting ASAP. This role will involve hybrid working arrangements and is scoped inside IR35. We value strong communication skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and improving our application support processes.
