- Windows Defender
- Watchguard firewalls (or similar)
- Datto BCDR or other backup and recovery systems
- Network troubleshooting
- Autotask or similar Service Management / PSA systems
- Remote monitoring and management (RMM) systems
Responsibilities
- Provide end user, cloud, and infrastructure support and management to our client base
- Work with senior engineers to resolve high-level escalations and gain exposure to more complex environments
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service while maintaining high standards of communication and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and proactively improve client environments
- Actively contribute to the growth of the business by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
