Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Service Asset and Configuration Management processes.
- Familiarity with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its functionalities.
- Experience using ServiceNow for reporting and asset/configuration management.
- Excellent people and organizational skills.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize Service Asset and Configuration Management processes within a large public sector managed service account.
- Support the entire IT asset lifecycle.
- Define processes and strategies related to IT asset and configuration management.
- Oversee the implementation of processes and participate in the establishment and development of the centralized CMDB, including CI baseline, relationship mapping, and management of CI types and attributes.
