Requirements
Must:
- Microsoft Windows 10/11 knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Understanding of SCCM
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Resourceful and proactive in upskilling
- Growth mindset and ambition to progress
- Previous experience adding value to a team is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide end user support as a 1st-2nd Line Support Analyst
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Assist in managing Active Directory and Group Policy
- Support and maintain Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environments
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
- Document technical procedures and solutions
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
