Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Service Asset and Configuration Management processes
- Experience supporting the entire IT Asset lifecycle
- Familiarity with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) operations
- Proficient in using ServiceNow for reporting and asset/configuration management
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize Service Asset and Configuration Management processes
- Define processes and strategies for IT asset and configuration management
- Oversee the implementation of processes within the managed service account
- Participate in the establishment and development of a centralized CMDB
- Manage CI baselines, relationship mapping, and CI types and attributes
