Requirements
Must:
As the Change & Release Manager, you should possess an excellent working knowledge of ITIL, with ITIL v4 accreditation being ideal. A strong understanding of the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) model and experience with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) are also essential. Additionally, you must have exceptional communication and organizational skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will ask you to lead and deliver functions within a large public sector managed service operating in a SIAM model. You will be responsible for defining, developing, implementing, adopting, and optimizing Change & Release management processes in a multi-tower environment. You will define the process strategy and goals for Change & Release Management across all service towers, attend process review forums to drive continuous improvement and the effectiveness of these processes. Monitoring KPIs and reporting on Service Tower performance against these KPIs will be a key responsibility. You will also participate in Change and Release Management processes, including eCAB and CAB.
