Requirements
Must:
- Strong interest in technology

- Natural curiosity for how things work
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments (bonus)
- Familiarity with Azure and Intune (bonus)
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (bonus)
- Familiarity with telephone systems (bonus)
- Familiarity with PC setup and installation (bonus)
- Familiarity with IT security practices (bonus)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, MySQL/MariaDB, Debian Linux, network firewalls, Python, Proxmox virtualisation, AI tools and agents (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Undergo full training and gain hands-on experience in various IT areas
- Manage internal IT systems, network, user PCs, and related infrastructure over time
- Support the maintenance of MySQL backend systems
- Assist in developing systems that utilize AI and AI agents
- Provide IT support and troubleshoot issues as needed
Description

This full-time role is office-based in Ashton-under-Lyne and offers the chance to gain real-world IT experience, receive hands-on training with AI, and earn certifications. We provide 23 days of annual leave, casual dress, on-site parking, and a starting salary of £26,500 per year.
